No, there are no hidden fees. We don’t charge any desk fees or royalty fees (typically 6% right off the top), as we are not associated with a franchise brokerage.
Is there a cap?
No. Agents on our team have a performance based commission structure and have the freedom to pursue success without worrying about a cap.
Will I have a desk?
Yes. Agents on our team will be provided a great space from which to work.
